Below you’ll find the latest updates and improvements to our platform. Please take a moment to review these changes to stay up to date. This release includes, quality-of-life enhancements, job/recruitment management, staffing features, and bug fixes.
✨ New Features:
📥Inbox (Beta): A new Inbox module has been developed, allowing you to communicate with candidates quickly, efficiently, and in a user-friendly format. This is a beta version, still under development. Our team is actively working on improvements, including filters, statuses, and more.
🕵️♂️Anonymized reference check report: You can now download reference check reports without including the reference contact names. This makes it possible to safely share reports with others.
📎📝 Attributes – extra data fields: It is now possible to upload documents for attributes with alternatives directly on the candidate profile page. If candidates have previously uploaded files for such attributes, they are now displayed correctly. File uploads and date pickers have also been improved for a smoother experience.
🌐Screening and Video Question Translations: Screening and video questions are now automatically translated for candidates. For first-time applicants, translations use the candidate’s browser language; for existing users, translations use their app language. If the question and app/browser language are the same, no translation is performed. For example, if the questions are set up in English but the applicant's browser is in Norwegian, the system will automatically display the questions in Norwegian while keeping the original English version visible below. Currently, translations are supported in English (EN), Norwegian (NO), Swedish (SV), Finnish (FI), and Ukrainian (UA). If the candidate’s browser language is not one of these, English is used as the default.
📅 Staffing:
Multiple invitations: You can now invite talents to multiple shifts from a schedule and its sub-schedules at once. Talents will receive all messages in one unified chat.
Hourly shifts: You can now create hourly shifts without specifying exact start and end times. This applies when preparing templates, creating projects, adding shifts to projects, or updating existing shifts to hourly shifts.
Project name (internal): A new field has been added to the Project editor windows. This allows you to use an internal project name for the project team while keeping a separate project name visible to candidates.
Customer display name for talents: You can now define a separate customer name for talents, different from the internal customer name. This is the name talents will see when receiving project invitations and assignment confirmations.
More actions: You can now share talent profiles or export them to PDF directly from the Invite or Invited Talents page.
🛠️ Other improvements and fixes:
Automation rule – “Decline if all requests are not completed/delivered”: a badge about scheduled action is now displayed 24 hours before the scheduled automatic decline.
Talent pool: fixed an issue that caused ratings to disappear when a talent profile was removed.
Security improvements: secure file handling, secure social login handling.
Additional files under CV files: dditional files uploaded by candidates are now properly displayed in the CV files section.
Draft job ad link redirect shows the correct page.
Platsbanken/Arbetsförmedlingen: API has been updated, better validation of Swedish organization numbers, improved wage & schedule mappings, better handling of postal codes.
E-sign: email addresses for third-party contacts are now always saved in lowercase, even if typed in uppercase.
API & Integrations: phone field added to applications, users can now access Client API endpoints.
Jobs listing (jobs.mojob.io) filtering by company has been improved.
Image uploads: issues with uploading images have been fixed for both talent and company users.
