Welcome to Mojob. By using our services as a candidate, employee, employer representative person or visitor, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility & account registration

  • You must provide accurate details and valid contact info.

  • You’re responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials.

  • Account misuse may lead to suspension or termination.

2. Platform functions

As a user, you may:

  • Apply and be matched to jobs.

  • Manage your profile data, job applications, scheduled work and availability.

  • Use tools and communications provided.

  • Employer representatives can post jobs, review and engage with candidate profiles, collaborate and assess profiles.

3. Data sharing & role definition

  • Mojob acts as platform provider; employment decisions are made by customers.

  • By using Mojob, you authorize us to share necessary personal data to fulfill platform services.

  • Consent is required for optional data use (e.g. marketing).

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited behaviours:

  • Illegal activities or content.

  • Unauthorized access or use of the platform.

  • Harassment, impersonation, or malicious content uploads.

  • Reverse engineering or misuse of Mojob systems.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform materials—software, design —are Mojob’s property. Reproduction or distribution is prohibited without permission. 

All content you upload or share on the platform must comply with applicable intellectual property laws and respect the rights of others.

6. Termination rights

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate users for violations.

  • You choose to deactivate your account yourself or by contacting ahoy@mojob.io.

  • Accounts may be terminated for inactivity or misuse.

7. Disclaimers & limitations

Mojob is not responsible for:

  • Employment decisions, job offers, or interview results.

  • Content made by employer representatives.

  • Third‑party system failures or data issues.

  • Downtime or technical disruptions.

Use the platform at your own risk.

8. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes will be subject to Norwegian courts jurisdiction.

9. Modifications to terms

We may modify these terms when necessary. Notice will be provided via email or platform notifications. Continued use implies consent to changes.
